How Does It All Work?

What to expect on your service day:

Before Arrival

Expect a heads-up text within 30 minutes of our arrival. Gate combinations or key access will be arranged beforehand. We ask that any aggressive animals be contained before our arrival to ensure a safe and smooth service.

Clean-Up

Poop will be located and scooped up, properly bagged, and taken away for disposal. We take our time scanning the area and walk in a grid-pattern to locate all pet waste. A second go-around is always performed to ensure our scooping was successful (our ‘no turd left behind’ guarantee ✓)

Safety and Security

Proper sanitary practices are followed closely during service including but not limited to: the use of gloves, sanitization of tools and shoes between services, and using clean hands to lock everything up. Once service is complete, we’ll send over a picture of your secured gate (or door) for your peace of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

What areas do you service?

We scoop island-wide! Servicing the East side Monday through Thursday and the West side on Fridays and some Saturdays. Day of the week is determined by your ZIP code.

Is this service safe for my dog?

Absolutely! We practice frequent sanitization using a kennel grade sanitizer before and after every yard we visit. It is important to maintain a clean yard to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and parasites.

Do I need to be home for the service?

Customers are not required to be home at the time of service. However, if no one is present we ask that all cleaning areas are accessible and free of any trouble-makers with biting potential.

What if I need a one-time cleaning?

One-time cleanings can be arranged, but keep in mind-it will be at a higher price. Our scheduled plans come with a lower cost because we can guarantee the cleanliness of the yard for our next visit. One-time cleanings start at $100 and go up from there based on waste accumulation in the cleaning area.

Can I leave my dog(s) in my yard while you clean?

Of course! We love making friends. We simply ask that any dogs who may be aggressive or overly-excitable (we don’t want any paws stepping in poop) be put away before our service.

My yard is over 0.5 acres. How much extra is it to service a larger yard?

Final pricing will be determined at our initial site visit.

What is the pricing for cats?

Since cat poops are contained to a litterbox, pricing is cheaper. We offer a $10 discount on all plans for feline scooping. Price may vary for 2+ litter boxes.

What happens if there’s *crappy* weather?

Da bum tss. We’re used to Hilo weather. Generally its rain or shine, but in the off-chance there’s a hurricane heading straight for us-we will reschedule and skip that week’s cleaning, free of charge.
